What we learned running our own language school

ThaiBridge Academy is a Thai language school. It's also where BITSTAQ started. Every tool we offer to clients, we built for ourselves first.

Running a small school means handling bookings, payments, student tracking, lesson prep, and parent communication. One person. No admin staff.

The turning point

The breaking point wasn't a dramatic failure. It was just Tuesday nights. Every Tuesday, spending an hour replying parents, updating spreadsheets, sending reminders for the next day's lessons.

That hour added up. And it was the same steps every week. So we connected the tools.

What changed

Students now book through a single link. Payments happen automatically. Before each lesson, a reminder goes out. After each lesson, AI writes a summary of what was covered and sends it to the student.

One person now runs what used to need three. Not because the tools are fancy, but because they talk to each other.
